This individual supports the Chief Financial Officer and senior management in sustaining and enhancing a successful system-wide non-labor cost management strategy, -Boulder ROX!,- via the CQVA model through collaboration with physicians, clinicians, vendors, and staff across all BCH locations and services. This position serves as the primary facilitator and coordinator for adherence to a streamlined model for new product evaluation and selection, standardizing and monitoring product utilization and quality, and identifying, evaluating, and implementing non-labor cost savings initiatives. Areas of responsibility also include supporting supply chain activities, promoting objectivity and evidence-based decision making, and developing value added strategies related to product utilization. This position is expected to implement ongoing product benchmarking and key performance indicators, identifying best practice opportunities and monitoring trends in product utilization.
